Historical Capital Programming#

The 2011 published program record places City Facilities, CIP and Parking scopes alongside department schedules and other program editions. The originals below preserve vehicles, building rehabilitation, Plaza del Sol, security, roofs, water efficiency and parking proposals. Program allocations do not establish actual spending.
