Highlands Central Market and Residence Inn
Tracks a 126-room hotel and food hall across from Presbyterian Hospital, including the project’s mixed-use role, pedestrian improvements, public redevelopment incentive, expected opening, and connection to the larger Highlands development.

Documents the conversion of a long-vacant ten-story office tower at 300 San Mateo Boulevard into 110 mixed-income homes, including 41 affordable units, through a City-supported adaptive-reuse project.

City of Albuquerque 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan and 2023 Action Plan
The City’s HUD Consolidated Plan identifies housing, homelessness, community-development, and fair-housing needs for 2023-2027. Its accompanying 2023 Action Plan describes the first year’s planned use of federal housing and community-development resources.
